The staff/students are absolutely amazing!!! We were treated with warmth and compassion from the time we walked in to when my dog was discharged the next day. I had constant updates on my pet and they diagnosed her problem in a timely fashion. My dog was discharged today (10/19/17) @ 6pm and we received a check up call at 9pm. I now have my new ER Vet.

This facility Saved my Dogs life.. She got hit by a car, and she was severely injured. The entire staff was so kind and knowledgeable. We had to drive from Sevierville to get our dog there, but I called right after it happened and rushed her there. As soon as we got there they took her straight back and came got us a bit later, to go over the test needed to check for internal bleeding and breaks threw her body. They made sure every procedure done was something we could afford and walked us threw it. They kept my dog for 5 days in the ICU, and had to remove her leg but without these wonderful people our baby girl wouldn't be here.

This place is an excellent facility. The staff were fantastic to deal with in a very trying situation and we are extremely appreciative for everything that they did for us. Thank you !!

A friend found a hurt bunny last night and asked what to do. So I called here and they said I could bring it in upon arriving I was thinking it passed away on me. While I had cried in my car on the way there (huge animal lover) I thought I was able to compose myself. A nice lady (tall blonde) came out and I immediately broke down again embarrassing myself. She told me it did pass away but she was so sweet and thanked us for bringing in the bunny. Great staff.

I took my 16 year old Parrot in for a broken leg. The bird was handling it better than I was and one of the receptionist came and hugged me. Thats something you won't get at any average vet. These guys were awesome and gave my bird the best of care!
