Terrible service ........ very unprofessional management and drivers . Always leaving food behind and sticking credits on account for the forgotten food which was never claimed by us anyways..... spare yourself the hassle and order from doorstep delivery......

I wish I could give this place zero stars. When I first started ordering from valet gourmet, they were always delivering in a timely manner. In the past few months, they have delivered the food well past the given delivery time. The last time I ordered I had to call twice to inquire about where my food was. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered my food around 6:20 and was told it would be delivered at 7:15. At 7:10 I received a phone call that my order had not even been placed yet because they were behind. Do not waste your time or money. Absolutely terrible service. They lost a repeat customer from our household for good.

Just tried this service for the first time and absolutely loved it! The fee is reasonable and there is a pretty good selection of restaurants. The driver was friendly and courteous and the order arrived hot and delicious over 20 mins earlier than it was estimated. We will definitely use their services again and again. :-)

GR8 food & variety...but $8 or $9 for delivery ON TOP of some weird "service charge" that is blended to the tax?!? Just who do you mistake yourself for? Really? The Ritz-Carlton or The Four Seasons maybe? Ten dollars to get a meal delivered is absurdly insane, not including a 15% tip for the beleaguered drivers. I'd never again order through you regardless of the terrific variety offered and quick service I received. This isn't NYC, LA, Nashville or even Asheville, this is scruffy little Knoxville. Thanks but no thanks.
