Absolutely the worst dining experience I have ever had. I have had some terrible meals in many restaurants and am always willing to give them a second chance. This will NEVER be the case for Uncorked. I've never waited over an hour for a meal to end up not eating!! I ordered a medium steak and, after an hour, was brought something resembling a steak that was burnt to a char. The manager is completely incompetent. When I called her over (short lady with long dark hair) to point out that the steak was burnt, I clearly told her that I would eat it anyway, as I was not only starving but absolutely did not have another hour to waste on a replacement. She asked if she could take it to the kitchen to show the kitchen staff and I said sure, only to wait ANOTHER half hour just to be told "oh! I thought you didn't want it." I was then offered a salad. I will happily tell everyone I know and all of my clientele to never, ever go to this joke of a restaurant. Thank god Subway was across the square!

The worst service I've ever had.
We were there last Friday night while a movie was being shown in the square.
We expected service to be slow but we ordered 3 appetizers and in the first hour only 1 was brought out.
No apologies from the wait staff. No recognition that this shouldn't happen.

Oodles Uncorked was our favorite restaurant for several years. We hadn't been to Market Square in a while, so we were really looking forward to enjoying our old fav. Oodles served the most delicious tomato basil bisque & a fabulous grilled chicken salad. Unfortunately, everything has changed yet they kept part of the name. That's deceiving. We caught several hints on the way to our table & almost left after reading the menu, but decided to give it a try. Our server was clueless about the specials and high as a kite. She finally brought napkins after I gave up & pulled out baby wipes to help with the appetizer - an unimpressive order of what had to be frozen wings (a special, ironically). Silverware came along after our entrees were on the table. My water glass was empty throughout our meal. I shared my meal with our 3 yr old, which normally works well. Not so much with undercooked limp fries & the tiniest sliders ever (also a special...). I may have ordered something for our daughter, if there was anything kid friendly on the menu. (Good thing there was a burger special!) My husband had the fish & chips. When he asked for tartar sauce, she brought malt vinegar. Regardless of the fact that he hates vinegar, that's not even close. Thankfully the teeny tiny burger bites we're yummy. What a bummer.

Incredible staff and atmosphere, but with that being said, the food was not anywhere near as good as expected. Ultimately flavorless and small portioned. With some changes to the food, I can see this becoming a great place to eat!
