The owner died a few years ago. I use to eat at the one on Downtown West religiously..It was always great.After the owner died, it was down hill from there. I tried the merchant Rd one mutlple times. Ain't going back

Was really excited to have chinese food available on Uber Eats. I was so disappointed. Vegetables were canned/frozen, over cooked, and swimming in this sauce that was similar to the corn syrup based general Tso's but with a hint of trash. Which is fitting bc that's where it ended up. Wish I'd taken a look at these reviews before ordering.

The items which are good are the best anywhere; other items vary from mediocre to poor. Imitation crab, but REAL baked salmon with a wonderful sauce. Lots of phony American food, limited choices on actual Chinese. Good salad bar, lots of desserts. Flakiest (best) egg rolls in Knoxville, but no hot mustard. Egg drop soup is real (not canned, but could use some chives), won ton soup tastes like noodles in water. Generous amount of hot tea (large, full pot). Limited hours, and staff is not very nice if you come in near the end of the day, but pretty good service during early evening. Price is good, under $25 for two. Rest rooms need attention, and kitchen workers seen wearing sandals.

Food was hard and old had definitely been sitting out all day. We were here less than 10 minutes took 2 bites and manager refused to give money back. Very rude manager

The food is amazing, love going there. But it would be a lot better if the staff were more friendly. It seems like every time I go there, the lady up front, gets an attitude with me.
