As an ice cream snob, I have to say this was some of the best ice cream I've ever had! And the waffle cone tasted like it was made 3 minutes before I got there.

Amazing place with fantastic desserts, super cute too. I’d give a 5, but staff very chatty amongs selves and the bathrooms disgusting.

We just moved to Knoxville and this is already a go to spot. I love historical places and The Phoenix is like stepping back in time to a real soda fountain. The Twixie is my favorite but everything is delicious. All handmade ingredients. Family friendly, date night fun, or having a cup of coffee and reading a book... this is a unique place to enjoy decadent desserts in a very tastefully done vintage setting. Love love love it.

Working at this shop has been a life-changing experience. The owner has taken each one of us under his wings and does his best to ensure we all have equal opportunities to learn, grow, and rise through the ranks. While scooping ice cream or making a milkshake may seem simple on the outside, the actual craftsmanship behind each sundae and shake takes immense amount of detail. The ice cream is all made downstairs, and my favorite thing to tell people is that we make everything here besides the sprinkles, peanuts, and cherries. Every item on the menu is unique and delicious in its own way, so I highly advise everyone to come down and try it! One taste and you'll be hooked!!
