Clerk insinuated that we were criminals when we were cashing out a CD a judge put in a suntrust account until she was 18...the clerk had the signed copy on his computer screen but insisted on calling court house for verification...he said anyone can forge documents like that...REALLY!!! Our money went to another bank....

Terrible service. I was trying to resolve an issue with my account on the phone, and the woman was over sensitive, rude, and did nothing to help sort out the problem. The result: I had to talk to a different branch office.

The people are always so nice when I come in to this Suntrust branch and their customer service over the phone is excellent!! I highly recommend this bank and especially this branch!!
