I have held both a business checking account and personal account with Capital Bank for 3 years now and they have always been friendly and quick to respond when I needed help. I recommend them to anyone looking to open a business checking account that doesn't want to pay monthly fees that other banks charge and also because they will go above and beyond to help business owners get setup and any financing help or advice you need.

Had went into the branch after work and was told my address had been changed after being brought into an office to get it changed and send out a new card to my address. Afterwards, I had to get in touch with my local branch in Maryville and verify that my address had been changed, to which I had been notified that it had not. Both times, I was also charged fees which I was not notified of, which the branches are legally supposed to tell customers under the Fair Lending Act. It was frustrating and full out illegal. =_= Had to call a customer representative to have both fees waived and the issue corrected.
