Incredible staff, more affordable than any other Crossfit gym in the area and fun people to workout with. Truly one of the best gym experiences I've had.

Stopped by to WOD while I was visiting from out of town. When I walked in and Austin had the country turned up and welcomed me to the box, I knew it was gonna be a fun time! There is no way that this will be the last time I drop in to First Creek. I'll be back for sure!

I am closer to fifty and my experience with CFFC is phenomenal. Every class I have attended comes with excellent coaches and even better cross fitters. Scaling is always an option and is encouraged. Yes, I do push-ups from a higher platform. But I am doing them! Come try it out. You might be just a little bit impressed.
