I love ISG.. but trying to get Rick to call you or return an email about a new policy is inpossible. I think he needs more help.. must be too busy for more money..

The employers of this company are so rude and do not welcome anybody that comes in to make a payment. Better yet, they didn't say one thing and treated me as if I was invisible until I said Hello. The woman I made my payment with has two computer screens in front of her face so she doesn't have to make eye contact with the customer because she clearly had enough space on her desk to have them elsewhere, its very awkward and disrespectful to not make eye contact with your customer because it makes me feel unwelcome. Because of that, I'm in the process of looking for another insurance company thats more professional. Thats not how you're supposed to handle business or treat your customers. This is ridiculous.
