Dr. Jim and his staff were the most friendly dentist office that I've ever been to. I have lived all over the US and have had to experience new dentists in each of my new cities and this is by far the most comfortable I have ever been and know that I've found my Knoxville dental team. Dr. Jim diagnosed an issue I've been having for a little over a year now that my former dentist AND an endodontis both missed. The office and equipment are immaculate as well. I am extremely thankful to have stumbled across this knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My family has thoroughly enjoyed our visits with Dr. Jim and his staff. They are first rate, compassionate, and make you feel at ease. I would highly recommend.

After going to a Pediatric dentist, my 13-year old son went to Dr. Kotsianas' office for the first time today. My wife and I have been patients there for many years.
Dr. Kotsianas and his staff were very friendly, explained to him what they would be doing and made him feel at ease. He had a small cavity and Dr. K worked him in to get it filled because he is scheduled to get braces in a few braces.
Our experience there has always been pleasant, so it was an easy choice to take our son there.
