Reserved a truck online as I was moving from Knoxville to Florida. Imagine my surprise when I show up at my reserved time, and some rude little roly poly dude tells me he has no trucks available, that the trucks he has on the lot are for "other customers." What the f@€$ do I look like?
Even though I have a reservation confirmation, now I'm stuck and unable to leave when I'm supposed to. HUGE hassle.
I'll be calling their corporate as soon as possible, and I will be avoiding this nasty place with their RUDE employees.
If you are looking for a rental with reliability and professionalism, I suggest you stay away from Budget as well.

Extremely knowledgeable and polite. Answered every question that I asked thoroughly. Cars were clean and new.

This is the only place I will rent a car. We rent here several times a year, and the service is always fantastic. The owners of this location are professional and geniunly nice people.
