Everything was excellent. My only complaint was I was sitting next to the AC vent and was very cold. My bad, next time I will bring a sweater. 😁 food was great and wait person was awesome.

The wait staff, atmosphere, and food were phenomenal, as always. Unfortunately, there was a piece of metal wiring in my salad which caught me off guard and cut my mouth. Management response could not have been better, but it still made me double check the following courses - not something I want to be thinking about when paying for a luxury meal.

Knoxville location. Beautiful atmosphere. Located on the water. Over priced. Friendly service. Our waitress forgot about us. We waited 20 minutes to get water and our order taken. Good food, just not quite worth the money. I expected more (service and food) for the money.

We went to Ruth's Chris Steak House two Friday's ago and it will be our last trip overpaying for dinner and service. To start the night it took us nearly thirty minutes to order (service extremely slow). Once our server was finally ready for our order no suggestions we're made nor we're empty glasses refilled until he was asked not once but twice. Our food came out hot (which was great) however I requested a medium-well steak and it was still rare (at best). I sent it back again waiting forever, in fact everyone at our table was done before my steak arrived back at the table. Not once did the server come back expect to bring my steak to check in on us for drink or anything. The highlight of the night was the sweet potato casserole. To be a high end steak place at the price point they are at, I expect great service, full glasses and steaks cooked as they we're ordered. Was not impressed with this visit nor we're friends that we treated to dinner.

The entire experience was amazing. The food was to die for, the drinks were perfect and our waiters were over the top great. It was an elegant dining experience and we would go back in a heartbeat. This is hands down the best steak in East TN that no one, including Connors, can come even close to. Would go back in a heartbeat.
