Lots of games for kids and adults depending on your inner child. I like that they staple every kid with the the adult they come in with and check them to make sure they match on the way out. My husband came in with the kids and left a bit early and they wouldn't let me leave with them because I didn't have a stamp that matched even though the kids said I was with them. So my husband had to drive back and match the stamp and then they let the kids leave with him. Even though it was inconvenience I really liked that they did that and it didn't bother me at all because they had my kids safety as priority and that is awesome.

My Grandson loves it but alot of games n rides out of order. Understaffed , needs revamped , and more lil kid rides n games.

Watch your kids when you go to the chuck e cheese here in town.
They clearly do not care anymore. I watched ppl walk out with out having their numbers checked for the kids, I watched another couple try to walk out and a guy ran up and caught them just in time to check their numbers. And then I walked out and no one checked me or anyone I was with.
The girl at the door was super rude to us just because we asked for a sticker number for the infant instead of her stamping her. And then when we were ready to check our tickets in to get the kids toys, we stood there FOREVER. Two girls only two feet away from us, one looking directly at us but neither coming over to help us. It took another person that works there who had to make the girls go help us.
Worse experience I've ever had there.

I was so excited to take my son here. However upon getting our tokens we noticed that every other machine we tried to use ate our coins. We watched many people use a machine once and then when the next person went to use it they would get their coins eaten. I asked staff about this and they acted like it was a normal occurrence, and said that a lot of them are like that. If machines are eating tokens that customers are paying for on a regular basis, then why not get them looked at? I will probably never come back to this particular Chuck E Cheese which is unfortunate considering we had to drive an hour to get here and it is the only one within reasonable driving distance for us!
