I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Morgan and his staff. They are friendly, helpful and thorough. It took me almost 8 years in Tri Cities to find a dentist I like enough to stay with. I also appreciate how the staff's understanding of my insurance plan and work with me to make sure I get the work done that I need.

Been going about 13 yrs. They're very empathetic to my fear of dentistry procedures, stemming from childhood. The staff, from the front desk, to dental assistants, nurses, and Dr Morgan are all a pleasure to do business with. My son, has been going there about 4 years, currently age 5, and he has never left afraid. Grandridge truly does a fabulous job making us both feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you, and well done Grandridge Dental! We love you and your staff!

They are always on time or early; and I've been a patient for quite some time. The good part begins at the front desk where you are greeted by Jo and Joy. Awesome!
It would be my guess that other dentists go to Dr. Morgan, he's that good.
They're on my Christmas card list.
The entire staff are always very polite and courteous...always smiling and making sure that you are comfortable.
This is a very professional and proficient dental office.
