Red Flag
The pieces of junk of a human being, he is willing to sell and take no responsibilities for. Just so he can turn a dirty dime. I doubt he has an account with better service bureau, but hopefully at least have a business license, an LLC or at the very least an assumed business name. Now, with the way he seems to think it is ok to run a business, no one should buy anything from this guy. He will do the bare minimum to fix up a piece of junk. Do not trusts
