The food was consistent, but service was not so great. My friend ordered fish and chips and it arrived without tartar sauce. The waiter had to double check everything on the table to make sure no one was concealing the tartar sauce before he would go back and bring some. No one came by in the hour we were there eating (from 2:00 to 3:00 on Friday) to refill our water or other drinks.

I can't believe how rude management is. We were in there yesterday, food was taking a bit long, a little over an hour and tables seated after us were getting their food without issue. Our server goes to check and then gets fired, but has the decency to come and explain that he won't be able to continue serving us. Manager didn't come over. The table next to us voices his concerns over what he hears and sees going on and the manager tells him that he doesn't have to come here. We left, I can't believe how rude the manager was, what a terrible experience, I can't believe they would fire such a decent kid and not that awful manager.

We had a bad experience with one of the mangers the fist time we came in, but the managers Tanner and Corey were great and took great care of us. Even gave us a gift card so that we could redo our dinner and have a better experience. That's exactly what happened. Randall was amazing, the service was top notch this time around. Thank you Corey, Tanner, and Randall. We will be back!

The food: it's Applebee's, and about what you would expect. The service: That's what gets the place 5 stars in my book. The bartenders here are awesome. They are fun. They crack jokes. They laugh at your jokes. They BS with you. It just kind of has that neighborhood bar feel. And back to the food: it's good. Nothing gourmet or wildly creative, but the place seems to be managed well, delivering your typical Applebee's selections on-par or better than other locations I have been to throughout the U.S.
