I cannot say enough great things about this company! I regularly schedule trips for a disabled client - everyone I have encountered has been competent and extremely efficient - so easy to work with. And although I have not met any of the drivers, my client reports to me often how kind and gracious they are with her - it means more than you could ever know!!

Supervisor very rude . He should not be in charge of talking to people at all. For the past two days they haven't showed up to pick up my son for school ,the first time was because of their paperwork error and this morning the driver claimed to have been at my house honking the horn. Well unless they came at 545 a.m. we were all outside waiting at 5:50 a.m. till 6:30 a.m. I called to see what happened and was very upset because I have been late for work because of this issue I was crying on the phone and he was rude and said call the school we r not coming back and hung up on me. I called back and got the same guy and again he was so rude. This company is getting a lot of money to drive my student and to be treated this way because he is stressed out isn't right. He said he was dealing with a lot of calls so apparently I'm not the only one with issues. Something needs to be done about the way this guy handles stressed out families .
