Pretty sure they have one of these in St Louis. And while I do hold that against them (it's the only reason this place did not get 4 stars), the burgers are good and the crowd isn't very annoying.

Boyfriend and I went in around 8 o'clock on a Saturday night. There were four people working the bar, and a handful of people at the bar. We walked in, were not greeted, not even looked at. We figured we would just sit and wait for service and waited for 20 minutes. Someone that has walked in after us and had to go to the bar and ask for menus. When my boyfriend went to do the same, everyone working the bar ignored him and went to the opposite side of the bar. The people working the bar saw us and chose to ignore us.

Wall decorations sticking too far out. After trying to get back to my seat, I had to duck under the low hanging tv, which caught my forehead and left a fairly deep cut. As I'm trying to clean it up, I go to the bar to try to get some napkins, where the manager or some employed looks at me with an annoyed look and says, "this ain't a hospital, buddy". Wasn't trying to make a scene or be a nuisance. Really thankful for the great service.

The huge outdoor patio area is by far the greatest attraction about this place. Otherwise, there's not a lot to write home about. Was there with a group of 14 guys for a bachelor party and did not receive any kind of table service, everyone was responsible for going up to the bar each time more drinks were needed and that happened frequently. Inside could be best described as just overly crowded. Very narrow main bar area with lots of foot traffic in and out of the front and back doors so constantly being bumped, nudged, pushed by people trying to get thru. Bar tenders were understaffed so service was less than spectacular. Not overly impressive based on our experience.
