I had a great first experience at Higginbotham on Southwest Drive! Meredith was an awesome hygienist who calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions and was full of helpful advice. Dr. Smith was great and helpful in explaining the dental work I'll be getting done. The front desk staff was also very nice and helpful in answering my questions about the financial aspect of my appointment.

Fantastic experience every time! I have been going to HFD for a few years now and they are consistently welcoming and cheerful. Their staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful with answering any questions I have.

My experience here was amazing!
I've never had a dental experience like the one I had at Higginbotham. I'm from out of town and only here in Jonesboro for a month on clinical rotation when I had an emergency tooth issue come up. They worked with me and got me in as quickly as possible. The entire staff was personable and caring. They went out of their way to help me with decisions and to make me comfortable. I was so impressed, I decided to sign up for a dental plan and find a location near Little Rock.

Jimena was so polite and gentle! I am concerned though that I wasn't given any choices within my budget. I was just told my treatment plan. I know that the doctor knows best, but I can't afford a root canal and would be fine with an extraction. However, I have been very pleased with the bedside manner of most all of the professionals who have seen me!

Both of my girls, ages 9 and 11, love to go to see their "friends" at Dr. Higginbotham's office. My youngest had lost some teeth this time and couldn't wait for Michelle to see her new smile. The atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful, never rushed. My girls have been going there twice yearly for years and we are still cavity free. Michelle always takes the time to teach them about taking care of their teeth and praising them when they do a good job. We would recommend Dr. Higginbotham and his staff to anyone with an A+ rating!
