Do not apply to work at this store. The store manager was racist and does not like women. He was trying to find a way to get me fired. I ended up quitting after him threatening and bullying me. After I quit I complained to HR and they didn’t do anything about it. HR said I should of kept working there and reported it. And keep getting bullied until when ?? Petsmart believes their managers over their employees.

Terrible experience today at the grooming salon. My little yorkie (9 pounds) needed a haircut and nails trimmed and grinned, simple task right? Her appointment was at 12:30pm and i was told she would be ready by 4pm which is odd to me ive never waited that long before. I got there at 2 pm because I figured she would be done considering my appointment was at 12:30pm and i like watching my little one getting her haircut and to see how shes treated because shes a very happy loving dog. So i got there and my dog is no where to be found, i wait to see if they bring her out and they didn’t until 20 minutes after i got there. I saw the groomer and i wish I remembered her name walking around with my dog in her hand doing NOTHING! She kept going to the back dropping off my dog in the cage so she could stand around and leaving my dogs haircut half way done, she did this for 2 hours straight and i saw how poorly she was treating my dog until she noticed i was looking through the glass and suddenly she was the most lovable groomer. 3:45pm and starts rushing through the haircut because she said she would be done by 4 and after walking around all day doing nothing she gives me my dog with an unfinished haircut, ears dirty and no nail grind which i paid extra for and on top of that she sent another groomer to deliver my dog and didn’t bother to show her face after what she did. I left the store so upset and didn’t want to deal with it but I’m calling tomorrow to find out her name and speak to her manager because thats not acceptable and people shouldn’t get paid to make customers wait and stand around doing nothing.

There were a lot of fish tanks but only 3 tanks with fish in them. No one came over to offer any help.

When we gave our dog to them for a haircut in the MORNING, he came back about 6 (maybe) hours later looking like he was badly shaved. They cut him wrong, and he looked miserable, because he'd been locked in a crate for who knows how long. Only 5 minutes before the 6 hours they started on his fur. They never took him out to go to the bathroom, or even look at him. Plus, the lady was so rude! The only way I rated it two stars is because of the stuff you can buy. Good selection.

This is my first time doing a review because unfortunately I had a very poor experience here. I took my 9 month old husky in to get a bath and get his nails clipped knowing that he doesn't respond well to either. The ladies up front assured me this wouldn't be an issue and that they could handle any situation. I dropped my dog off at 3PM and was told that he should be ready by 6PM. When I showed up at 6, my dog was still in the back kennel area which was fine (I understand that they are busy). It wasn't until almost 7PM that they brought my still wet husky out to get his nails clipped. I knew this would be a challenge for them but it took three ladies to make it happen. One did the clipping and the other two were basically wrestling him down. At one point one of the ladies pulled on his tail to get him where she wanted him and eventually they gave up and left one paw completely untrimmed. Now I understand if he wasn't going to let it happen that they should have called it quits much sooner before it resorted to pulling on tails and then obviously no charge for the nail job that didn't get done. However, instead I received a still wet dog with half trimmed nails who was terrified and didn't act right for the next two days. And for all that I got a $5 discount on like a $65 charge. Not too happy with how things were handled.
