Staff is friendly. However, they took my dog to another room to give him a shot and do a routine anal gland expression and told me to stay in the room I was in, which should have been my first red flag. Usually when he gets this procedure he is better for at least three to four weeks, but he had the same issues the next day, he wasn't better at all and has been having worse issues since our visit. I heard a lot of laughing and joking around in the other room, I'm a little annoyed that they didn't do the full expression that I paid for and that my dog is worse than before. I would spend the extra money to see a civilian vet, this isn't my first base vet experience that hasn't been great.
