My mother has home insurance with this company. She received estimates for work to be done and submitted them as requested. Their appraiser submitted his estimates and it is totally unrealistic. The amount provided will not cover half of the roof, not to mention the interior damage from the leaks. I hope they don't take advantage of all elderly people receiving their insurance. I will certainly encourage people to not use this insurance company. What a disappointment.
