Dr. Emmett Jones is not as friendly as his smile leads you to believe. My wife wasn't sedated enough, so we asked for more gas. Dr Jones said that the tube for the gas was in his way, so she had to suffer through a long and painful experience. They swore that she would not remember, but she remembered every second of it. When we returned for a follow up, the staff triple-teamed her and tried to convince her that she didn't remember. (Really?) Please explore your options.
