Waited 2.5 hours, vet tech forgot to give us medication we paid for and once suggested we may not have paid for it despite having just done so with receipt in hand. Cost for wellness visit for 1 dog and 1 cat, with flea meds for each was $400. Complete rip off in no way resembles how St Francis used to operate.
