The quality of this facility diminishes each time I go in. The receptionists aren't rude, but they look like they dislike their jobs. The nursing staff is sub-par. Half the time they look like they don't know what they're doing. When I took my son in for a visit, I was asked what pharmacy I'd like his prescription sent to, I clearly and articulately said, "Walgreen's on Oil Well." I even repeated it. Well, guess what? It was sent to Walgreen's on Campbell Street! When did I figure this out? After two trips to Walgreen's on Oil Well and they told me they didn't have the order. I even called Convenient Care back and told them what had happened. They said they would call the order into the Oil Well location and apologized. I returned to Walgreen's on Oil Well only to find they had closed for the evening. Good thing my son wasn't on his deathbed! Next day I called Walgreen's on Oil Well, and guess what? That's right: they still had no prescription called in for my son! I can overlook an occasional mistake, but this in just incompetence. Next time I'm going to Physician's Quality Care.

You have go to garage a lot of old folks need wheelchairs you can't get them.go to the elevator some can't hardly stand up to walk that far.
