Good solid McDonald's. Reasonably cozy dining area and a good play space for kids. It is sometimes dirtier than it should be.

Nice place to have some relax and refreshments, while kids are playing the touchscreen video games.

Avoid if you want your kids to stretch their legs and exercise due to the 11 touch screen game stations they must have added since we last passed through. They have a play area and we used to get food and let the kids run around here as a break from the car ride but now the play screens are a distraction and the play area was especially filthy with trash strewn in the upper play areas. Food is ok, but nothing but standard level McDonald's quality. We will be finding a different stop area our next pass through.

One of the dirtiest McDonalds I have been in. Kids area is beyond filthy - tables, chairs, play equipment. Literally didn't order food because we were concerned with the conditions it would be made in.

McDonald's in North Indio has Bad Service. Takes to long with the food. Skips order which they shouldn't do. They don't even apologizes for it. Manger was very rude. Other people were upset because they were waiting for there food too long. Palm Desert mall Mcdonalds has the best customer service!
