I had a doctor's appointment when I arrived I was in and out in a short time. The staff was very nice.

Was here as a patient on a Sunday morning and received excellent and prompt care. So impressed I became a volunteer.

I visited this urgent care facility on a vacation (I'm Canadian) as I had gotten a severe eye infection. After waiting for 45 minutes, I spoke to a nurse practitioner who, after responding "no" to her question about if I have allergies, suggested a get over the counter Flonase and Claritin for my allergic reaction. I was in a ton of pain, had discharge from my eyes, had a sty, and had impaired vision, which I shared with her. After expressing concern she prescribed oral antibiotics. An ophthalmologist was later appalled she didn't refer me to someone who knew what they were doing. I wasted three days of my vacation, waiting for what she prescribed me to work. It was ineffective and should not have been prescribed according to the ophthalmologist. I would not recommend this facility - no experienced staff in the Urgent Care facility.

I have always had great experiences here. My son and I have come here pretty frequently over the last 3 years and it is always a quick visit and we get the answers we need. They won't prescribe you medication if you don't need it which I really appreciate (I feel like sometimes doctors do this to placate their patients). About to take my son in again this morning and looking forward to a quick and pleasant experience.
