Great Dentist! Very clean office and the staff are courteous. My son enjoys visiting Dr Sotos office . He loves to the play video games and always leaves with a smile. We've had only good experiences at her office.

I took my daughter to Dr Soto for a few years. I thought she was fine until I was disappointed when I asked her for information regarding how to preserve the milk teeth of a child Her staff didn't know what I was talking about and told me they had never heard about that. To my surprise, they said that Dr Soto had never heard of it either and when I insisted that it was impossible, that maybe she didn't understand the question. Dr Soto responded by telling them to tell me to Google the information because she didn't have any idea what I was talking about. As a doctor she should know that the stem cells that are contained in baby teeth can be very valuable in saving their lives when stored properly. As a pediatrician she should know this better than anybody. What bothers me, is that she doesn't speak directly with me when I have questions about the health of my daughter's teeth. She does it by means of her medical assistants. She may do it to avoid the embarrassment of not knowing the answer. Her poor assistants have to speak on her behalf and in this case, were left speechless. What a shame!

Dr. Soto's office staff are very attentive to my children and communicate with them well. The office has always respected the appointment times and are always respectful towards us, the parents, as well as with my children.

Dr. Rita Soto is a dishonest and cunning dentist. She choked my son with a crown and almost tried to cover it up until she realized I was very in tune that something was not right. All my kids loved the dentist until Dr. Soto. Now they dread it. I heard my son screaming so I went in to check in on him. Instead of just being honest at first and saying that the crown fell in his mouth and he choked and swallowed it, she tried to say she had no idea what upset him. She finally gets to telling me about the incident since my son is very vocal and my antennas were up! She sent me to the ER to get and Xray to assure it was not in his lungs. Thank God it was in his belly and it eventually worked its way out. The area of the crown even got a horrible infection. I NEVER went back to her. Thankfully Dr. Gary Okamoto treated my precious boy so well and somewhat restored my kid's faith in dentists.
