I find that the Mass Ave. Animal Clinic provides me with excellent judgements and services, each and every time I visit. The manner in which I and my pet are treated, by every member of the staff, is exemplary. Thanks for the services.

I visited Mass Ave Animal Clinic for the first time this past Friday, and could not have had a better experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and they were able to take my cat Sheldon and I back as soon as we arrived, even though our appointment wasn't for another 15 minutes.
Dr. Klobusnick & Brandon were great, answered any and all questions that I had, and treated Sheldon like he was their own- and were especially kind and reassuring when my poor guy had to get three shots.
I also discussed with them about my hesitation about having Sheldon declawed because my apartment complex required it, and they were able to send me home with a letter explaining why this procedure is not recommended for cats Sheldon's age.
Lastly, I was very happy with the prices for the care and the services provided.
I will absolutely recommend the clinic to all of my friends, and Sheldon will be a repeat customer! :)

We love Mass Ave Animal Clinic! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We can always get appointments that work with my difficult schedule and on short notice. I appreciate their specialized bulldog knowledge. They do a great job with Chubby!

Awesome place! Very friendly and super helpful by answering all my questions! Had great insight into what was needed for my pet. Their grooming services location, Furr, is within walking distance and was extremely nice as well!

When I moved to Indy this was the first vet I tried out and I have been with them ever since. They are very nice and very knowledgeable. I never have a problem getting an appointment. They are open later sometimes and open on Saturdays too. The clinic is really modern and sleek. They always follow up with me too about any tests my pets get. I don't think they are any more expensive than any other vet and they have some rewards program that will give you discounts so last time I didn't even have to pay for some of the things they did.
