SEE EDIT BELOW. Reasonable prices by far, variety of services, professional & empathetic staff. Accepts Care Credit but with fee to offset their cost. Recommend most highly.
AUGUST 2017 EDIT: As of my last interaction with this company, they no longer take Care Credit, offered no alternative, not sure if the sliding scale idea is in effect. This visit marked a real change in tone for this establishment. The character and behavior of the staff was altered in a really negative way. Normally this would be associated with a change in management or a buy out by a place like Wolfram & Hart. Until I can confirm that this change was either a fluke or permanent I no longer recommend.
Disability access is a real problem with the front door unusable from a wheelchair & access by the back door is unacceptable in any modern business. Will ask if they intend to fix.
OCTOBER 2017: During request for medication for my pets I was confronted about the above. This is the change in tone I referenced! Instead of caring about accessibility or harm, they said I was "unfair" and asked if I was moving my business. During pickup I received chilly professionalism.
Emerson: fix it before someone believes you and rolls in front of a fire truck. Get a pro, read the law because whoever told you it was all good was wrong. Post pictures of that curb cut & your doors to show how easy it is to use if you honestly believe that you are open for independent access by wheelchair users. Let potential clients see before they are stuck trying to stay out of that busy street while managing their pets. I have personally previosly rescheduled to avoid that exact potential for harm.
Please fix it for the next person because it is the right thing to do, to avoid more messes like this, to stay on the right side of ordinances & laws, to reduce real potential for grievous harm, or what ever.
Just fix it.

My husband had to come in and put my Scout to sleep. I want to thank Dr. Mullins for the being the one to help Scout go to sleep peacefully and help my husband Vince who was uneasy about the whole process. I was not able to be with her due to my work schedule. Dr. Mullins is great!!

Excellent caring people here. I've had 2 pets taken care of here. There's parking available on the southside of the bldg.

So today I took my dog and my new puppy to your pet clinic. They were very nice and took care of both my pets. They were even nice enough to clean up after my dog after she had used the bathroom in one of the rooms. The only reason why I am giving them 4 stars is because as I was checking I noticed that one of the lady's at the front desk made a face because of my frantic puppy. That changed my whole experience. The worst part was that she was the one checking me out and had to of known I would have seen. I then became uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. (Keep in mind this whole time I had my other dog trying to jerk me around) She could have at least tried to make me feel more comfortable by accepting that I had a new puppy that just got shots and another dog who had never been to the vet!
4 stars!

My husband and I took our mastiff mix there after showing signs of being very ill. This was our first visit and they got us an appointment right away to get him seen. The staff was very professional and super friendly! Even though we were there for him being sick, he was in desperate need of a nail trim which they got taken care of as well while we were there. We have 2 other dogs and will definitely be back!
