As some of you know being in a car accident can be stressful and scary. So you would think when you call your insurance comp to ask questions about valid concerns you may have, you expect to the employee to be understanding, polite, and curious. Not the case when I called in and spoke to Scott. Long story short after I commented about his lack of tact he told me, " well that's what you get for using a discounted insurance comp, you get what you pay for." Wow, thanks Scott. You have been absolutely no help to me, and you managed to make this experience even worse. Nice job.

THIS IS AN INSURANCE AGENCY THAT CARES FOR THE CUSTOMERS, I WORK IN THE AUTO FINANCE AND SALES INDUSTRY AND TRUST ALL MY CLIENTS WITH THEIR CARE, I EVEN HAVE ALL MY INSURANCE NEED PROVIDED WITH WILLIAMS AND ASSOCIATES INSURANCE, NO TO MENTION THE ARE A FAITH BASED BUISSNESS.
