My teacher went there this morning! They were not helpful at all! He had a reservation, and they were just bullshitting! U don't know what stuff my teacher has been going through lately! Go Enterprise! Screw u guys! F#%* U!

The woman who helped me was rude and very unprofessional. The vehicle was dirty inside and out, cat or dog hair all in it. The low tire pressure light was on. It only took E85 gasoline that I had no idea where to purchase it. It had a scratch on it. She never checked the before I drove it off the lot. She was ready to leave......WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

The Budget Car rental was close to the hotel. Friendly people, clean and ready car. Everything I needed. I dropped it off at the Indy airport. I have mistakenly left my camera in the car. They found it, and got it to me. Very appreciated. Thanks

It was a pleasure to walk into a car rental place and walk out within a couple of minutes with no hassle! The gentleman who helped us was fabulous and even walked us to our car. When we returned it he asked if everything went well and how our day was. Everything was super easy and super pleasant and I will definitely be back! Our car was extremely clean and really nice!

Extremely satisfied with my last rental for a business trip... friendly staff and very helpful. I was in and out within minutes, no hassles. Great location for downtown dwellers.
