Good atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and a decent collection of books of different genre. They have used books and weekly/ daily specials, and a good range of staff picks.

IRB is a great place with an amazing variety of books for any type of reader. the environment is very chill and the staff matches the aesthetics. it's always quiet and clean. parking can be challenging depending on what time you go, but other than that, no complaints. :)

The staff are always super friendly and helpful, and the prices are pretty solid, competitive with buying things on Amazon. Their selection varies, as all used bookstores do, but I generally can find something to read every time I'm there. I'm always glad to see what new books they have as well because they get some harder to find gems that you won't see at a Barnes&Noble. Plus, it's all for a good cause! Hands down the best bookstore in the Indy area.

Thoroughly impressed. Non-profit to help literacy in Indiana and 100% donation based. Also, they showcase local "homegrown" writers. Everything is organized in sections and the staff is helpful and true to the cause. A pleasant ambience to read, too.

This was my first time going to a non-chain bookstore and it was great! The atmosphere was very bookish, the place was nice and clean, and the displays were interesting. It had a very "come sit down and read or play some chess or do some homework" feel to it, which I loved. Wish I had one of these close to my house!!
