They have a walk-through window and it was open when I tried to order she told me I can't order here what is the point of having one if your not going to use it. And if your not going to use it don't open it.

The employees are very nice they know my face and know my name and greet me when I come in and when I leave PS thank everyone.

Horribly slow service and very unfriendly employees including management.. don't expect service with a smile ubless your a regular who works in the building... only positive thing about that place is its cheap, coffee is mediocre,donuts are hard and asking for a sandwich is too much work for that guy...he gets pissed and slams things down... so in closing don't waste ur time stopping here go to Starbucks!!
