FIRST TIME visiting this shop. As I waited, I was so impressed with the staff... took me a minute, but people were coming in and sitting right down?!?!???
(I was still waiting, WHAT'S UP??? DUH! THEY MADE APPOINTMENTS... AND THEY WERE SEATED AS THEY WALKED IN!!! Walk-ins wait!!!! I did not see one person with an appointment wait more than 5 minutes!!! This is how business is done!)
Where I came from, you go in the nail shop and pick your color yourself and take it to the nail tech b4 you sit in the chair! NOT HERE!!! Jim asked me what I wanted done and what color I wanted and went and got it! Hey nah!
So, this is what Jim did for me today:
Cut down, gel fill in, coffin shape, grey/smoke mood no chip polish with clear gel overlay FOR $30! (Almost doubled in Chicago)
I've been to some awesome nail techs in Chicago... But the service here, hands-down, is by far the best.
Did I mention they have a "My1stRewards Loyalty Program" for TIP TOP NAILS customers!!! Check them out!!!

I have been here only twice and both visits were great. Andy and Tom are my favorite. They both do their very best to accommodate me and make sure they are providing the best service they can. Andy does my nails just the way I like them, without me having to tell him. Tom, gives the best massages during my pedicure. I just love it, definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

I love going here. I was having a hard time finding a nail shop that I actually liked and who gave me the shapes that I was asking for. Every time I go, I ask for Andy and he gets the job done!

The staff is friendly and they do their best to accommodate your request. My experience has been great and I return faithfully every other week. Nina is my personal favorite tech and she make sure she give you the best option based on the texture of your nail bed, hands and toes, she don't rush, she's patience and not afraid to hold a conversation with you! Tip Top Nails is a great place, very clean, and has a good atmosphere!
