I've been going to the Pretzel Twister since it was first in the Madison Square Mall and I've always gotten excellent service. It came to the point where I ended up going so much that the lady knew what I wanted to order. Overall, very sweet people and super delicious food! I'd recommend the plain pretzel bites and peach-mango smoothie.

They keep raising the prices. A pretzel is $3.29 now, and it was like $2.50 last year, and $3 a few months ago. And when I asked for the Wi-Fi password, the guy working (the only worker in the entire store, when 10 people were in line) said that it's for employees (or should I say employee) only. I just gave you guys $5 to pay your store rent, and you still won't give me the Wi-Fi password? Never going to this crappy place again. Increasing prices, understaffed, and a waste of time.

I was very dissapointed last night when my daughter and I stopped in for the first time (Monday night 6:50pm). The young man working never acknowledged us. He was too busy talking to two girls about school and other things. Although he seemed busy, he just never said anything to us at all. No "hello" no "I will be right with you" no "can I take your order" or anything. We waited and waited and finally just left. We won't be back.
