This is the worst Papa John's I've ever been to or ordered from. The first time, the pizza is cold when delivered. I tried to give them another chance and the pizza was all soggy on the bottom, when ordered well done and no (Philly cheesestake )meat on pizza, just onions and bellpeppers. Yes they replaced the pizzas both times but it's a waste of my time when I've waited 45 minutes for the first pizza incorrectly made. Then have to wait another 45 minutes for the other order to be delivered. I will take this pizza place of my order list, and I'm not ordering from here anymore. These people do not care about the integrity of the products they serve, and just because they send you a replace pizza they think it's fine. No it's unacceptable! PAPA JOHN NEEDS TO CHECK OUT THIS STORE! I'm disgusted!

I would not recommend Papa John's on university because we ordered two pizzas to be delivered at they said they don't deliver to our Area I said OK so refund me my money back and they didn't but my husband went there to pick the pizzas up and paid again. Don't deliver and no refunds. papa John's used to be my favorite pizza place after this experience I change my mind

The manager Kendrick was rude! I was calling trying to get more information about the deals and he was rushing me on the phone after he put me on hold for ten min and I hung up and called back and he picked right up. I wanted to then call customer service and he gave me the wrong online number. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone every again!

pizza was terrible. i live 2 min away and wasted my life. i need the number to a supervisor. wont be back

$13.00 order. Gave delivery driver a $3.00 cash tip. However, somehow an additional $3.39 was taken off my card. I don't know who decided to be a thief. I can assume it was the delivery driver. But who knows. Maybe he's not the only one in on this type of thing. Check your account statement. Or just pay cash.
