I waited 20 mins for a pizza thats not really cooked. I even asked them to cook it alittle longer. And it was supposed to be hot and ready. The slogan should be cold and 20 mins.

Wooow ! I never got a raise !!!! They are very unprofessional & unorganzied !!!I worked there over 90 days I haven't have my own child ren working for them !!!!

Use to go here all the time pretty quick and good. Last 3 times have be horrible experience. First waited in drive thru 45 minutes and pizza was burnt. Second time waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes, got to the window told us it would be another 15 minute wait so we drove off. Last time I waited in drive thru line for 10 min and was told it would be another 20 minute wait when I got to window. Won't go back and won't recommend anyone to go there

While the young lady at the counter was great about maintaining a professional, customer focused attitude during a very busy hour I can't give the store a good rating. They said my order (1 large cheese, 1 large pepperoni) would take 15-20 minutes; they were out of cheese. I sat in my car for 10 minutes and came back in after watching several people who had come in after me walk out with pizzas. Fine, maybe they just ordered pepperoni because it was ready. I stood in the store for the next 30 minutes and watched 4 specialty orders placed after me, 2 to 3 pizzas each, walk out with their food. In that time, the young lady in front went to the bank twice and told the Cooks and manager she needed cheese pizza. they have her to pepperoni pizzas. I ended up just taking the wrong order because I couldn't wait any longer

Always hot and Ready is their speacility pepperoni or sausage or even just Bacon for 5.00 + tax you can't go wrong with any age group of pizza lover's. Or the choice of your own ready in 10 minutes. That's getting it done at a low price for any extras the Price's don't break you.
