Have been having parties there for 3+ years but the way the staff treated us this time was crap. I specified to the then working employee that party has to be 2 hours and she noted it down and then we were thrown out of the party room just before the cake cutting began. Horrible experience. The staff member on duty even told my husband that his wife (me) is not being truthful.
