The staff are wonderful. They have many resources for you. Urgent Care, Behavior Heath, even Eye care.

We have been going to HAPPI for about 5 years they use to be a great office until they started expanding now it’s like your just another number. My daughter hasn’t been to the doctor in over a year because the phone lines are either off because it’s too early or they are at lunch(that’s only a 3 hr window and forget getting through after lunch).And even when I leave multiple messages I never receive a call back. Currently looking for a new pediatrician. Can’t blame it all on the doctor but the staff that don’t want to do their jobs. All they have to do is answer the phone, return calls, and be courteous.

I was not able to be seen because I would not pay the copay for a doctor when I was seeing a nurse practitioner. The cost is different with my insurance. The front desk rep would not call and verify my insurance after I told her she would have to call because the difference in copays doesn't show online. After I called myself, they passed my cell phone around to speak with the rep from my insurance company. After she told them what I was suppose to pay, they still said I would need to pay the doctor's copay, even though I wouldn't be seeing a doctor. I think they committing insurance fraud. They are very unprofessional and I was unable to speak with a manager that could tell me why this was okay.

Just called to try and make an appointment for my three girls, they will all be new patients. It went to an automated voice recording stating the office is closed daily from 12PM to 1PM for lunch. OK that's cool, but it's not even 12PM yet?!?!?! Nearly 20 minutes till before i called... So why are the phone lines not being answered and they shut them off. This place has been recommended by a few people I know, but that makes me so mad! Haven't even went there once yet, and I'm already beginning to think the staff is lazy. UPDATE: I once again just called. It is almost a quarter after one, and the phone lines are STILL shut off... Do they take a extended lunch or something? Or are the people in the office just lazy????
