Not sure why they're only rated 2.9 out of 5, I've been coming to this doctor for the last 3 years and they've been very professional and very accommodating. If you have a pressing concern they can see you that day. I can't imagine going to another office.

The office staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. Completely do not understand the urgency of needing an appointment. Could give me an appointment if I was there in ten minutes, but I told her I could be there in 15 mins, therefore I was unable to get an appointment. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be finding a new doctor.

I have had only excellent experiences at Dr. Wallace's office. Everyone has been professional, caring, and supportive. I appreciate that it is a small friendly office without a mob of people in the waiting area coughing and sneezing.

Dr. Wallace was recommended by a friend and several other when my husband and I began a search for a primary care doctor. I was initially excited because it seemed like Dr. Wallace fit what we were looking for perfectly. To our disappointment this did not work out.

I called to verify that Dr. Wallace was accepting new patients, I was advised that she was and that I need to go through their online process to setup our initial appointment. Upon completing that process I was advised that someone from the office would contact me upon my "acceptance" as a patient.

TWO WEEKS passed and I started to think that maybe I had done something wrong, so I called to verify that they had received my information and request. The lady advised me that yes, that did receive it and that they were still verifying my coverage and some one would call me upon "acceptance".

ONE MONTH after my initial request I received my acceptance call.

Upon scheduling our initial patient appointments, I was informed that we would be seeing the nurse practitioner. This was disappointing to me, because I expected my initial visit to be with the doctor. I have no problem being treated by the CRNP for minor ailments once established as a patient, but I did expect that initially I would meet with the doctor.

After relaying my grief to some of those that referred me, it turns out they have NEVER met the doctor.

To wait a month to be "accepted" and then not meet with the doctor when being established as a new patient was not the approach we were looking for. I cannot give a review of the doctor or her staff because I cancelled our appointments.

Very unhappy with the the way they nickel and dime. I had my daughter go on a well visit and wanted to refill her Asthma medication. So because Asthma was mentioned it's a chronic visit. Charge (1)..same daughter has an overnight field trip so papers have to be filled out. Charge (2) 25.00. Really? What kind of Dr. Office does this? Never experienced this ever! Will be looking elsewhere for a Doctor you can bet your nickel on that!
