I am a 32yr retired veteran and came here today (day before veterans day) to get the veterans day special as I thought they were serving it today, but I was incorrect. However, the manager came over and talked to us. She immediately thanked me for my service and offered to give me the veterans deal early since we were already there and it was too cold to go searching for another place to eat. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very thoughtful. We really appreciated the gesture. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent customer service and good food!

Went here for the 1st time and I was not impressed by the experience. A group of five went in and asked the hostess for a patio table. She said one moment.. then the bartender chime in and said "you all can just sit any where" the hostess came back and motioned for us to follow her then the bartender chime in and said "or not". They was just that empty. We overlooked that. We were seated took a couple of pictures.. no waiter or waitress... As there was 2 out there. 25 minutes went by no one came. One of the ladies went in and spike with the bartender and she said oh y'all don't have no one yet... We waited 10 minutes after that. We were about to go and one asked for the manager. He couldn't make eye contact as he was to busy looking down her shirt! He said " well I can get y'all a server but y'all already mad"... who hired this guy!!! Who trained these people... no wonder they were not busy on a Saturday night... football game on ....the weather was nice. It was 830 and the place was slow! So SKIP THIS JOINT ..AND HEAD TO THE SCENE... ASK FOR TREY OR ERICA AS THEY GAVE US THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE... OR GO ACROSS THE WALKWAY AND SEE IAN AT THE CIGAR BAR HE IS AWESOME TOO!!!! I should have read the reviews before trying to celebrate our friend bday at this place.

I am forced to lower my rating. Yesterday 10/1012017 we were served shards of rubber posing as calamari which I sent back but was still charged for the inetable bits of chew rubber. That said, the martini and diva where delicious. Bar Louie is our go to happy hour place. Nice and safe. Good mix of young and old.

Went in for a late lunch.. service was terrible!! We went to watch football and since we were the ONLY people in our section the entire time we asked to turn the channel to the game we were wanting to see.. that never happened. We hardly saw our waitress and had empty glasses more than once. We waited quite some time for our food and it came out incorrect.. better yet we paid a little less than $100 for 3 drinks, sliders, and nachos. NEVER AGAIN. There's a reason the gratuity is included at this restaurant.. I will say however I cannot complain about the staff's attitude. They weren't rude or unfriendly. This being said, i'm not really sure where the discord is because the service was terrible!

I love Bar Louie! I think it's the perfect little spot for great food, great drinks and great conversation. I've never had problems with service here. It's relaxed, and the service is relaxed. It's not like other restaurants where they are just running around trying to serve everyone. IT IS A BAR. It's a great place, and the outside patio is absolutely stunning. If you're hesitating, don't! You're going to love it!
