Very friendly there take care of my dog Harley very well Banfield is great I have insurance on my dog and they take it out of my check every month and it's freaking cool don't have to worry about nothing in case I forget they notify me so this way I want LOL and with insurance I get my Trifexis every month six month supply so yes Petsmart , Banfield go good together I recommend it

Took my pup to get bathed and nails trimmed and all that good stuff. They said they would shampoo her brush her teeth clean her ears. I go pick her she still smells like before I took her, her ears r still the same before I left her and nails trimmed but half ass job done smh id rather do it at home myself is do a better job

Love the store and products - however the grooming salon is another story, I had my dog groomed there this afternoon and poor guy came home with cuts on his belly and elbow!! I felt so bad for him! He was so stressed and shaking when I picked him up and didn't even want to go on his normal walk this evening! He looks fine however these cuts on a normally well behaved dog are unacceptable!! I ordered for the full service package to be performed including teeth and his teeth don't look like they've been touched, his ears look the same as when I dropped him off and truthfully his nails are still pretty long/sharp. I felt so bad for him! Definitely my last time taking either of my two small dogs here to be groomed!! Not to mention the person who "greeted" me when I dropped him off seemed very preoccupied,cold and not a very welcoming person.
I was at the dog park the other day when one of the ladies told me that her dog had gotten cut there and she no longer takes her dog to be groomed here and I should've listen to her advice, if I were you I would hesitate to groom my dogs at this location!
(And I never leave reviews so for me to do so really speaks volumes!)
