Best Gym I've ever worked out in. Never had a problem with the equipment, staff is friendly, rarely have to wait on a machine (there are a wide variety), and attracts a professional crowd. I think it's important to note that I'm an early morning and late evening workout person, not the 4-6 post shift workout crowd but even with that, I've never been as pleased with a gym as I am with this one. Been to the Richmond location and I like this one better.

Nice clean place and close to work. The only downside is the parking is not free from my understanding. They told me they can only validate the parking ticket up to two hours. So if you decide to stay more then 2 hours ...good luck paying for extra parking fees. I feel rushed and very limited. I only use this place on a rush day where i can get my workout done and out.

Very nice and clean. I always see cleaners taking care of the facility. Also the members and faculty are very polite. Have never felt uncomfortable, like in other gyms where guys just go to stare at girls. Love it

Worst experience i have ever experienced..
Don't believe all the stuff what ever the staff tells you while enrolling into their services unless you got anything in email.
So whatever the stuff they tell you make sure that it is emailed and check the email thoroughly . While cancelling the services inform them before hand and make sure it is cancelled. There might be a risk of "Miscommunication" all the time.
The gym facilities are horrible. They run out of towels.No phone service or Internet connection. Desk staff incredibly unaware of their surroundings. They don't have WiFi facility.
Think twice before enrolling into this fitness club.

Excellent location! By far one if the best signature locations. The amenities are always on point and there are tons of equipment. The staff is friendly and the classes fun. Plenty of free parking. There is a basketball court, swimming pool, raquetball area, jacuzzi, lockers room, showers, sauna, and so much more.
