The front desk / nurse was extremely rude because i asked her if i could use my brilliant distinctions coupon she said we have such good deal here our clients don't care for brilliant points and she refused to check the coupon for me she said she doesn't even know how its her lack of knowledge then she also said if i pay her cash she will discount me 10 percent. I forgot to get cash with me so i was going to go after or before my appointment she said after is fine she doesn't care she said as long as i leave her my bank card. then at the appointment i asked the doctor if i can get juvaderm under my eyes he sure and said half a syringe would be enough for me and it would cost me $350.. then i asked if he could fill this dip on my nose he said yes it would be another half a syringe of juvaderm so total of one juvaderm which they charge $550 for one syringe. The front desk told me in the middle of my appoint me " hey you wanna run to bank and come back ? i said sure and left her my passport cause i needed my bank card for atm… i came back and she ask me to pay and she was charging me $350 +$350 for each half syringe instead of charging me 1 syringe of $550. when i asked her why she said oh i couldn't think about it but she got so mad that i was just trying to pay for one syringe when she took me back to the room she she said oh we ran out of half a syringe. So she charged me just for half for $350 and didn't complete the appointment saying to me she ran out cause she didn't want to charge me $550 … low low class people. there was no one in the waiting room when i went there and i don't think this business will last for long in the market. Becarefull people. watch out for these probably unlicensed hungry scam office. so at the end she never returned my passport i came home and realized and drove back she was all happy that i had to come back for my passport. Poor girl sitting behind that desk playing with people and the doctor.
