Had the most amazing experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am feeling revived and uplifted after my first consultation and am very much looking forward to my treatment. I seriously recommend this place!

Terrible experience !!!! I called and booked an appointment for a consultation and the receptionist was very polite. She booked my appointment and took my credit card details saying that If I cancel the appointment after 24 hours she will charge me 50 % of the consultation fees. So I agreed and gave her my card details. Then I thought I should read reviews of this doctor before I go for my appointment and there are bad reviews of her. So I called the receptionist back within an hour of booking my appointment and told her to cancel my appointment because I didn't like the reviews of this doctor.
She told me that Dr Sunita will call me and have a brief discussion with me over the phone regarding the consultation as it was my first time. This was all on a Saturday and I had booked my Appointment for the following Thursday 11 am. No phone call from Dr Sunita or her receptionist! Then on Wednesday morning, I called at 10.37 am to cancel my appointment. No one picked up my phone and there was no answering machine to leave a message!! I called twice and I have records. Then I went to work. On Thursday morning the receptionist called to say that I did not show up to my appointment and she insisted to charge me for my appointment! So i told her that the Dr was supposed to call me and I did call and cancel the appointment. She said they DID NOT RECEIVE ANY PHONE CALLS and she DENIED that we had a conversation that the Dr was going to call me! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR CARD DETAILS TO THIS CLINIC WHEN BOOKING APPT!!! THEY ARE A SCAM! They did not pick up my phone when i called to cancel my appt 24 hours before and conveniently said that they didnt receive a phone call. Can you believe it??!! THEY JUST LOST 5 PATIENTS in my family who wanted to visit this clinic! BUT NEVER AGAIN!! As the previous reviewer wrote you are just a CASH COW FOR HER!

I took an abhyanga massage with steam. It was more like a deep tissue massage rather than Ayurvedic massage which is done with lots of oil. And the method was also not right for massage. The steam was just plain water steam rather than herbal steam to remove toxins from the body. Not at all worth the price paid for.

Amazing, welcoming center! I've been going here monthly for nearly a year now and I have not been disappointed with their services or hospitality. Parking can be a hassle sometimes as it's located in an out-of-way street in the Upper Kirby area. The center itself is tiny, but the staff are incredibly warm and knowledgeable. They have always tried to accommodate my schedule, needs, and limitations to the best of their abilities. Their prices are reasonable for their services, but it can get expensive if you try to implement everything they may recommend. Regardless, I have found the center has been worth the money many times over!
