Club Houston is a nice facility run by customer-hating, angry people. I have either received or observed vitriolic, profane verbal abuse from several staff members. Why it has become this way fairly boggles the mind, and its effect is easily observable by counting the empty spaces in their parking lot.

I wonder how long they think they are going to run a "tina " business without being busted. Bags of drugs going in and out of that place daily..They are also illegally selling poppers under the guise of video head cleaner and nail polish.. Just a matter of time and they will be shut down just like the one down the street. I hope Houston builds a better updated spa thats upscale and prejudice. I dont give me money racists.

Was there last night, it was cool it's a possibility once every 2 months when I go back. But overall I had fun.

Oh Boy, Lick my Round toy is all I can say. It is well worth the drive it takes to get here for this country boy. I love having towel fights in the hot tub area with the other members. There are a lot of hunky guys here. Also you can get a great massage and I need one after I play sports.

Poor Management and Customer Service (Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff)
Been to this place a couple times. I agree with other reviewers on staff. They are terrible with customers service, low class people that do not know how to be professional. They do not listen to suggestions and complains. Have told them many times about the loud stupid music and the Very Hot temperate of the hot tub (suppose to be not above 104f), but they don't care. The other thing is, this is a spa, why the F*** they play dance music! Stupid management! I have seen less and less people showing up at this place due to the attitude of the staff and lack of customer service. One other things, all their towels are dirty and very old.
