Best decision I could ever make for myself. I am so happy with my results. I have family and friends that don't believe I had the work done that I did. Dr. Cash is professional and personable. She listens to her patients and I could feel how much she cared about me and what I wanted. I tend to keloid with past surgical procedures but that was not the case here. I can't say enough about Dr. Cash, and her staff. They all feel like my new extended family. I love this group and so thankful I made the decision to get the procedures I had done.

I feel like I took 10 years off my appearance. I had a bad experience with fillers a few years back, so I was nervous, but Marty was great! She's very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, and to explain my options. I chose Dysport , Restylane Lyft for filler (temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds), and Restylane Silk for the fine lines around my mouth. She use numbing cream, so there was minimal discomfort. There was some slight bruising around my mouth but I was able to cover it up with make-up. Happy to say there were no side effects, and I'm looking forward to seeing how long it lasts!

Dr. Cash is truly the best!! After many hours of research, I decided to go in for a consultation for a breast lift and augmentation. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and I had no doubt I wanted her to be my doctor. I had the surgery about 5 months ago, and it really has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. She and her staff are so unbelievably nice and make you feel so comfortable. Everything from the consultation, to the day of the surgery, to my follow up appointments have all been a great experience. The results are even better than I could've ever expected and it's given me the biggest confidence boost. I have been back for botox and fillers, and plan to continue to go back to Dr. Cash for any other cosmetic needs in the future. I've recommended her to friends and family and they all love Dr. Cash just as much as I do!

Dr. Cash and her staff are WONDERFUL and very professional. I currently go to her Willowbrook location but her Richmond location is just as wonderful.
I recently had the skin pen and Bella Fill. Dr. Cash is definitely an expertise in her field and I'm grateful I followed my gut this time instead of going to a medical spa. I've been to a medical spa before and let me tell you THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE in knowledge. Since you're trusting someone with your face, you want someone who can relate to you, understand your issues, and who is willing to tell you the truth rather than pocket your money. I highly suggest you give Dr. Cash and her team a call. It is worth it and I love my results over the past 2 months. Its only going to get better with time.

Once there though, I knew I had made the right decision by coming in! Her staff made me feel comfortable right away and once I met Dr. Cash, I was certain that I could trust her to give me the natural, feminine results I was looking for. She went above and beyond to explain all my options and what to expect. I am LOVING my results and recommend her to anyone considering breast augmentation. I even love coming in for my follow up visits! (at my 6 month follow up, I was treated to a free chemical peel ;-) )
