Mark and his team always go beyond expectations to help. I really appreciate hearing a familiar voice when I have a question or want a second opinion. To be honest, most people (including myself) rarely need to make a call to their insurance provider, but having someone you can count on when you need it changes EVERYTHING. Bottom line - I've referred Mark to friends & family for years without hesitation!!

The Rafail Insurance Group is the "real deal". Elaine is a very skilled professional/agent; she was knowledgeable and very responsive to what I needed. Mark Rafail, the owner, was friendly and very sincere about making sure his agency provided great services. I was referred by a friend and I'm so happy she told me about them.

I just changed my car, homeowners and flood insurance to this group. I could not be more happy with the service Rafail Insurance Group provides. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and knowledgeable; especially Elaine. She is one of the most patient people I have ever met. She spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. She was able to address most of my concerns and when she did not know the answer, she pulled out all of her resources to get to the bottom of it. I highly recommend them.
