Gelato was not bad. Not many options in Houston. However the staff was rude and the options are limited. For small size you can only get one flavor for medium 2 and for large 3. The medium is huge. They were not willing to take a little from the two flavors and just add a slither of a third I had to buy a larger cup size which I opted against. The customer service made what was supposed to be a fun experience not so much so.

Seriously.. How hard is it to scoop ice cream and ring someone up? The fact that the brain surgeons behind the counter haven't mastered this speaks volumes.

This place used to be excellent. However when I ordered a Nutella chocolate shake, it was made with a vanilla base ... For seven dollars I think a chocolate shake should be made with chocolate. This isn't Whataburger. I came here specifically to have a chocolate shake made with chocolate gelato. I don't want to taste vanilla and I really don't like chocolate sauce or syrup. It's super annoying that these places that sell shakes make everything with vanilla and then "flavor" it. Cheap, lame, low quality method. I guess chocolate bar has my business from now on.
Staff was sympathetic to my complaint and remade my shake as a chocolate shake ... But still put vanilla in it. I can't even. Oh well.

Iced latte has a description of "iced coffee flavored with panacotta gelato". When i received one and asked whether it had real gelato per description, the answer was no. They used to, but not anymore. Staff was apologetic but it is simply unacceptable. Update your description!

Paciugo's gelato is great at every location I've been to so far. Unfortunately, the service from their staff at this location was awful. The young man who attended us was very rude. I believe an establishment should be rated for their product and their service, for this reason I've given them one star.
